I’m Vanessa Locicero — a business lawyer and mentor who believes legal protection should empower entrepreneurs, not intimidate them.
After years on “Bay Street” and in litigation, I saw how many disputes could have been prevented if business owners had the right legal support before things went wrong. Too many founders were gambling with copy-paste contracts, skipping compliance, or waiting until the crisis hit to call a lawyer. The cost? Stress, lawsuits, and sometimes entire businesses lost.
